Reflection
Last week, women gathered around one table with one shared purpose—to create space for honest conversation.
We reflected on what it means to care deeply without abandoning ourselves in the process.
No two stories were identical.
Yet one truth continued to surface.
Healthy care is not measured by how much we carry.
It is measured by how faithfully we remain connected to ourselves while caring for others.
Some left with new questions.
Others left with unexpected peace.
All left with the reminder that restoration begins long before exhaustion arrives.
