Reflection
Compassion is one of the most powerful ways we connect with others.
It allows us to recognize struggle, offer support, and extend understanding. But compassion becomes unsustainable when it is practiced without awareness of our own capacity.
The goal is not to care less.
The goal is to care in a way that allows us to remain present tomorrow, next week, and next year.
Compassion is strongest when it is rooted in steadiness rather than depletion.
Truth Check-In
Compassion should expand connection, not diminish my well-being.
