One Step Changes Direction
Your next step doesn't have to take you all the way there. It simply needs to point toward where you now know you want to go.

Open Reflection
Changing direction can sound dramatic.
Sometimes it is.
But often, changing direction begins so quietly that no one else notices.
You stop agreeing automatically.
You make a different choice with your time.
You have the conversation you've avoided.
You stop returning to something simply because it's familiar.
You choose one step that points somewhere different.
We sometimes remain in situations longer than we should because changing everything feels impossible. But you don't have to transform your entire life in one decision.
Direction responds to movement.
One degree of change may seem insignificant at the beginning, yet continued over time, it can lead somewhere entirely different.
Your next step doesn't have to take you all the way there.
It simply needs to point toward where you now know you want to go.
Truth Check-In
Look at the direction created by your current choices—not merely your intentions.
If nothing changed, where would your present patterns take you?
Is that somewhere you still want to go?
SPARK Question
What one step would point me toward the life I actually want to be living?
Ignite Prompt

The next step that changes my direction: ________
Mini Mantra
I can change direction one choice at a time.
Use This SPARK When...
...something no longer feels aligned.
...change feels too large to begin.
...old patterns keep pulling you backward.
...you know where you don't want to remain.
Weekly Alignment Action
Change one existing pattern this week. Don't add another obligation. Identify one current behavior that keeps pointing you in the wrong direction and intentionally choose differently once.
